1. Kinuo is a China Manufacturer of supplying main products of Furance rolls, Radiant tubes, Precise casting parts etc.
(1)Different Furnace rolls, such as Top rolls, Bottom rolls, Guiding rolls, Deflector rolls, Hearth rolls, Entry seal rolls , Water quenching rolls , Zinc pot rolls，Sink Rolls ，Stabilizing rolls, Water cooling rolls, Wet rolls, Casting furnace rolls etc can be supplied for different sections of Continuous Galvanized Line(CGL) , Continuous Annealing Line(CAL) and Continuous Casting Line(CCL) of Steel Mills.Available material and specification as follow.
-Roll barrel of Centrifugal casting/Forging/Carbon Steel welded and end bells/Conic of static casting, material usually used of HF 1.4825 / HH 1.4837 / HK40 1.4848 / HN 1.4805 / KHR35 1.4857/KHR 32C 1.4859/ 316L/ 304 /Cr28Co50/ Carbon Steel etc, Material certificate of EN10204 3.1 can be supplied.
-Shafts of forging, material usually used of AISI 304 / AISI 309 / AISI 310 / 25CrMo4 / CK35 / CK45 / 16Mn etc, Material certificate of EN10204 3.1 can be supplied.
-Specification scope: Dia 50 - 1600 mm, Total Length can be up to 8000mm.
(2). Supplying W type/shape gas radiant tubes, U type/shape gas radiant tubes, I type/shape electric tubes and relevant recuperators used for Continuous Galvanized Lines(CGL) and Continuous Annealing Lines(CAL) of Steel Mills.
(3). Supplying precise castings of Marine casting parts, Metallurgical casting parts, Medical casting parts etc.
2. KINUO has a integrated process from smelting,casting, welding, heat treatment, machining, coating (Praxair/Polimiroir/SMS, etc. outsourcing), packing. Relevant Inspection testing plan(ITP), Welding procedure specification(WPS) and Welding procedure qualification records (WPQR) and Qualified Certificate of Welders comply with ISO9606-1:2017 can be supplied for each order.
3. Material inspection, process inspection and final inspection must be carried out, the inspectors are qualified of NDT PT Level 2/3, NDT UT Level 3, NDE VT level 2 , Mechanical property Level 2 etc.
4.Packing: Roll barrel packed by waterproof paper+ air bubble film+ sponge film + hardboard+ Aluminum vacuum film+ Seaworthy wooden case with IPPC stamping or Metal case.
5.Quality document:
Product qualification, Material Certificate,Mechanical property certificate, Welding assembly Certificate, Heat treatment Certificate, Dimensional Certificate , Roughness Certificate, PT Certificate , UT Certificate, TIR Certificate , ECT Certificate, RT Certificate, Dynamic balance Certificate and Visual Certificate etc can be supplied, the others according to the related drawings and technical specification and the requirement from customers.
6.Production period: 40 days-100 days according to the order qty.
